Looking for a new keyboard to suit your gaming needs? The folks over at ROCCAT have recently released in Germany, the latest addition to its gaming keyboard line up – the ROCCAT Isku. The ROCCAT Isku Illuminated Gaming Keyboard features a menacing-looking design, with keys that are brightly illuminated with blue light (it has 6-levels of brightness and an off setting in case you’re not a fan of lights).
What makes the ROCCAT Isku stand out from other gaming keyboards is ROCCAT’s Easy-Shift technology. With the tap of a button that’s easily accessible by your thumb, users can instantly remap the keys that are accessible in the WASD portion of the keyboard. And these aren’t limited to single keystrokes – macros can also be remapped just like that. And for folks who forget to program a macro before they start playing a game, the keyboard even has the option for them to add new macros on the fly.
The ROCCAT Isku comes with 8 media & hotkeys, medium height keys, advanced anti-ghosting, and special drivers for making the most out of the keyboard. An extra-large granulated wrist rest lets you game long hours comfortably, and built-in cable channels for better cable management. And for loyal ROCCAT users, the keyboard can also work together with your other ROCCAT products like the ROCCAT Kone mouse.
No word on whether the ROCCAT Isku Illuminated Gaming Keyboard will reach the states, but it has a suggested retail price of €79.99 ($109) in Europe. Promo video:
