Samsung logoIt looks like Samsung is keeping true to their word, and less than 24 hours after the iPhone 4S has been announced, Samsung has already filed a preliminary injunction against the device in both France and Italy, citing the same reasons that they had in the past on how Apple had infringed upon their patents.

The company has also not ruled out the possibility of filing preliminary injunctions against the iPhone 4S in other countries. These patents that Samsung claims Apple has infringed upon have something to do with wireless technology, or to be more specific, the transferring of data via 3G being one of them. Both Apple and Samsung have attempted to reach some sort of licensing deal for Samsung’s patents, however Apple has claimed that the fees Samsung was asking for was too high.

Samsung has also attempted to reach out to Apple and offered them a deal that would let them sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android tablet in Australia, which Apple similarly rejected. More on this as it develops.
