There is just this beauty concerning art – it is so subjective and speaks differently to everyone, that just about anyone is able to come up with their own interpretation of it which might not be what someone else is able to appreciate. Well, you know the saying – all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so here is a piece of wall art that delivers retro gaming goodness to the masses.
Basically, it is meant to be hung around the reception area so that your customers are able to enjoy a bunch of retro games while they wait for their appointment to commence. Buttons located on the right have been labeled as Start and Jump, but to keep in line with old school gaming’s sake, why not call them A and B? They’re larger than normal arcade buttons, while the display itself will be pleasing to any eye by being a Samsung widescreen computer monitor.
Arduino is responsible to control digitized retro LCD games, while a Python script will translate what happens to the keypresses on a computer. Seems to be a cool contraption to have in any lobby for sure.
