In conjunction with the Gears of War 3 title being launched, Calibur11 decided to celebrate the event with the Gears of War Vault – which in essence, is a custom, interactive case for the Xbox 360 Slim which will boast a high-definition “Bleed-Out” finish, a controller cradle as well as an LED Crimson Omen which is capable of interacting and dynamically change with the gameplay.

You can bet your bottom dollar that while this will not be at the top of the shopping list of most Xbox 360 Slim owners who love Gears of War, but it would be a nice addition in your living room – especially when you are a huge fan of the franchise.

Those who are interested will be able to pick up Calibur11’s Gears of War Vault for Xbox 360 Slim at all Best Buy store locations, not to mention major online retailers – where it is going for $89.99 a pop. If you want to pick up a customized nameplate, then be prepared to fork out another $17.99.
